ABOUT MIRROR
Mirror and Behavioral Intelligence
Mirror is a private AI reflection experience for a single meaningful conversation. It is built to help people notice what is already present in their own words before someone else defines it for them.
A different question for AI
Most AI products are optimised to answer, advise, retain attention, or remember more over time. Mirror begins with a narrower question: can a system help a person see a lived situation more clearly without trying to define, fix, or keep that person?
The product calls this orientation Behavioral Intelligence: the disciplined observation of patterns, tensions, choices, and contradictions as they appear in a person's own language. It is a product category and reflective practice, not a clinical discipline or diagnostic framework.
What happens in Mirror
A person brings one unresolved question, recurring situation, decision, or tension. Mirror follows that thread with focused questions and reflects evidence before it offers an interpretation.
- One focused conversation rather than an endless chat.
- Recognition of patterns and tensions in the person's own words.
- A structured Reflection Report at the close of a completed conversation.
- A clear ending rather than an ongoing companion relationship.
What Mirror does not claim
Mirror is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, coaching, medical advice, or crisis support. It is a bounded self-reflection experience, and its observations are interpretations rather than clinical facts.
Why the boundary matters
A reflective system should be useful without pretending to be an authority over the person using it. Mirror therefore treats clarity as the goal, not certainty; recognition as the outcome, not a verdict; and a report as a reflection, not an instruction for how to live.
